Team LIGGA and the Progress students' mission to NASA is complete
American International School Progress students traveled to NASA with other members of Team LIGGA.
This time, participants tried underwater diving to simulate weightlessness and met NASA astronaut Bill McArthur, who has spent four trips and 224 days in space.
The winners of the Millennium Innovation Competition were ceremoniously presented with certificates and awards at the end of the program.
We want to remind you that the 2022 winning team of the Millennium Innovation Competition LIGGA traveled to NASA, and two of its members, Irakli Kutsnashvili and Alexi Kukhianidze, are American International School Progress students.
The Millennium Innovation Competition has been held in Georgia since 2015 with the funding of the US Embassy.
Marekhi Mazanashvili and Uta Kilasonia, heads of the American International School Progress STEM Club, guided the team.
