April 6 marks International Sports Day!
The American International School Progress team participated in the New Vision Cup Olympics, which is how we celebrated International Sports Day!
April 6 was chosen as a symbolic date, because it was on this day - April 6, 1896, that the first modern Olympic Games were officially opened in Athens, the capital of Greece. So, the International Day of Sports is connected with the date of the revival of the Olympics.
